How to view user messages in the Voxel theme?

This feature is officially available in version 1.0.3.2 of Essential addons for Voxel theme.

With this feature, the admin can read private messages of individual users, send messages on behalf of the user, and additionally perform other actions such as blocking, deleting, etc.

Enable the Advanced Message System

Go to EA4V > Settings  and enable Advanced Message System addon

View messages as a specific user

To view messages from a specific user, access the WP backend > Users and select ‘View message’ for the desired user.

Use the message widget as that user

When using this Voxel addon, If you’re an admin, you can interact with messages as a specific user by passing the ‘user_id’ parameter in the URL
