Activate license on dev site

Voxel-addons allow you to activate the license even even it exceeds the permitted domain limit in the following cases:

1. your domain is localhost.
2. your domain has a subdomain named dev. Ex: dev.voxel-addons.com

Note: Do not attempt to use the plugin beyond the permitted domains in other cases, as we have an anti-fraud system in place. This will cause your website to function incorrectly.
